sigh. howcome SIM so fucked up one! no one ever send any official transcript to any of the students and they CLAIMED that they send it all out. and if i really want it, i would have to pay for it! WHAT THE FUCK!? since when you guys send out the transcripts? ok, maybe to be fair, one or two out of the TWO-HUNDRED students who didnt receive would mean that maybe there is something wrong with the singpost postman. but when almost everyone that i know from uni didnt receive it at all!

so tell me. whose fault is this? and tell me, why must i pay for the replacement when i didnt even receive anything to begin with?
