i very dulan now. i was trying my very best to sleep just now. and the muthaf*cking sun has to be so strong that it refused to let me sleep, even with the air-con on. super dulan.

and then something has to make me even more dulan. (cause im very dulan so i just wana be anal to another person) i called the office to check about my pay and asked the old lady whether she can give me a cheque for my pay today. im trying very hard to be nice to her despite my dulan-ness and me hating her (very much). do you know how hard it is? i have to pretend like she is my long-lost friend whom i havent met for ages. i almost wanted to ask her when is she getting married. (so that i can intro young men to her and charge her 50% commission on top of my pay.) ok, where was i? oh. the CB old lady told me that she cannot give me my RIGHTFUL pay as she is not the one in-charge of paying the freelancers.

i tried to "explain" to her: "Huh? but i tot u are the CFO of the company? all financial matters concerns u right? so is paying the freelancers under your 'deparment'? oh, dont tell me ur CFO designation is just for a show only?" muahahaha! at this point of time im trying very hard not to burst out laughing. well done crystal! i can imagine her wrinkled face cringed with green veins all over! MUAHAHAHAHA! so she said: "i'll help u check and get back to u again."

YAY! im so much happier now. i know im very mean. but they must be glad that i did not threaten them to bring this matter up to MOM. oh well, whenever one promise this other person, they should keep up to their promise. when you said that you are giving us our pay on month-end, then u should jolly well stick to that. esp small company like theirs. with almost 95% of the staff being freelancers. if the welfare of the employees is not good who would want to continue working for them? think about it. do u want me to teach u some management skills?

i know i damn kp about this matter. but fuck! the MOM is not built for nothing one ok? it is to come up with employment rules to protect people like me so that evil bosses dont ever dare to bully.

at least im feeling so much better now. sushi buffet later. yummy!
